underground piping. - Hydraulic calculations.
- Sway Brace Seismic Calculations.
- Fire Pump and/or Water Storage Tank installation drawings with all of the
associated piping and equipment. - Provide high quality detailed drawings and cut sheets.
- Design will be done using AutoCAd and Hydratech.
- 3D coordination with other trades such as Structure, Mechanical, Plumbing,
Electrical etc. will be done using Navisworks.
- Drawings signed by a Registered
Professional Engineer. - Preparation of design specifications

Fire Alarm & Mass Notification Systems
- Complete design shop drawings contain wiring and schematic diagrams for the
equipment furnished, equipment layout, and any other required details. - Substantiating battery calculations for supervisory and alarm power
requirements. Ampere-hour and voltage drop calculations for Notification
Appliance Circuits. - The fire alarm design details point to point voltage drop calculations, battery
calculation. - Riser Diagram will be done using proprietary software tool called FAcad which
is integrated with AutoCAD, and eliminates design/calculation errors, as well
as giving it a "standard look" while speeding up the design process
